Whether you are a job candidate or an employer, the Terms & Conditions contained herein govern your use of this website. By accessing, using, and/or downloading data, text, images, or other information from this website, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between GreyNomadsEmployment Pty Ltd and you or the entity you represent. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth herein, you may not use this website.

1. Eligibility

By accepting the terms and conditions herein, you agree that: (i) you will be individually and solely responsible for actions and/or communications made in the course of the usage of this Site; (ii) that any employment opportunity posted on this Site will be for lawful and proper purposes, as defined in herein; and (iii) you will not impersonate any person and/or entity, including, but not limited to, an employee or agent GreyNomadsEmployment.com, an authorized user of the website, a job candidate, an employer, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, user, or entity.

GreyNomadsEmployment.com reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion, and that GreyNomadsEmployment.com, if necessary, will cooperate with any and all law enforcement authorities in prosecuting a user who violated the terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions herein, the user understands that GreyNomadsEmployment.com has no control over the actual transaction that occurs between the candidate and the employer, including, but not limited to, the quality, legality, and/or safety of the employment opportunities listing on the website, the ability of the employer to provide the employment opportunity posted on the website, the truthfulness and/or accuracy of the resumes posted on the Site.

Each user understands and accepts that certain risks are present that stem from the user's usage of the Site, including, but not limited to, physical harm, interaction with strangers, underage persons, people who have been convicted of a crime, or even persons acting under false pretenses. You, the user, assume all the risks associated with dealing with other users of this website. Please use common sense and the utmost caution when dealing with strangers. The use of this website is at your own risk. The job candidate understands and accepts that you are solely responsible for the form and content of any resume or other material posted on the website. If a dispute arises regarding a user-to-user interaction, or between a user and other user, you hereby fully release GreyNomadsEmployment.com, its directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, agents, and assignees from claims, demands, and damages (actual, consequential, punitive, compensatory, direct, and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, foreseeable and unforeseeable, disclosed and undisclosed, arising from or in any way connected with such disputes.

GreyNomadsEmployment.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees of any kind regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the website in meeting the employment objectives of users. Further, GreyNomadsEmployment.com does not guarantee that employment postings made by employers will result in job candidates being hired or positions being filled, as this is an internal decision to be made by the employer. Any such changes or amendments made to the terms and conditions or to the website will be binding on you on the date such changes or amendments occur (or on the date listed in any notice sent to you). 12. Termination Policy & Violations of the Terms and Conditions

Greynomadsemployment.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all legal remedies, including, but not limited to, deletion of your account, deletion of your content, immediate termination of your limited right to use and access to the website, upon any breach by you of the terms and conditions, or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Site.

If you violate any aspect of the terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any job posting made by you, without being obligated to refund any of the posting fee paid by you.

Refund Policy

GNE agrees that if the advertisement already paid for is not uploaded on the web site within 7 days of the booking then the payment made will be fully refunded.

GNE also agrees that it will fully refund any payments made if the content of the proposed advertisements do not comply with all the Terms and Conditions as stated in the home page of this net site.
